Deputy Head of a secondary Special School in Hertfordshire UK catering for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and associated needs including hearing impaired, Autistic and social /emotional difficulties. The best way is to resize the picture before you upload it. However, you should also be able to resize it in the editing window of your post as you might a picture in a word document for example.
